John Veltkamp has years of experience and it shows. He answered our phone calls anytime day or night. As first time home buyers we truly appreciated his responsiveness. He acted swiftly anytime we showed interest in a property which is why we were able to purchase the perfect home for our family. John was honest and kept it real at all times. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Without John's help I seriously doubt we would have been able to buy a house we love at a price we can afford. On top of being extremely knowledgeable about the area and the current market, he was always catering to our crazy schedules and doing everything he could to make the home-buying experience as stress-free as possible without losing sight of our goal. During the "shopping" process, we visited numerous houses and they all started to blend together, making it difficult to keep track of what we liked about which house. John, however, paid close attention to our comments about each house (both positive and negative) and was always only a phone call away. This REALLY helped us make decisions without having to go all the way back into town to visit a house in question. After falling in love with one particular house and expressing interest to the seller, John still took us out to view other homes until the contract was set - just in case something fell through or we happened to find something we liked better. All in all, John made the home-buying experience very streamlined and enjoyable and helped us into a house that is more than a perfect fit. We really cannot thank him enough.
