In selling our parents' property, John was working with seven siblings. He met with us and showed a lot of enthusiasm about working with us to find a buyer. In his communications, he kept us all fully informed about activities that were happening. Within a matter of weeks, he brought to us four potential contracts, two of which were slightly over our asking price. We accepted one and were able to close in a very timely manner.
