John is extremely knowlegable in every aspect of selling homes, he was well prepared with all the comps, was punctual and efficient, listened to all of my thoughts and wishes for the sale of my home- and was open to discussing them and educating me on the why's and why-not's, he was NOT a bully or aggressive like some agents can be, has incredible negotiation skills, the list goes on and on. John has his own CONTRACTOR that came in, did a pre-inspection inspection, took care of any and all repairs that needed to take place prior to listing my home, brought in his professional photographer to take amazing photos of my home, he has a stager if need be, and has contacts to somebody that can take care of just about any issue if need be from tree trimmers to painters. John also has a very calming sense about him which is also very much appreciated during one of the most stressful times of your life. Like I said, search no more, John is your guy!
