We would not have our new home without John Hughes being our realtor.  At first, we were overbid by an above sticker offer, due to John’s knowledge and market sense, he suggested we submit a back-up offer.  Although we knew back up offers have very low odds, the situation was worth the submission according to our realtor.  To our shock and surprise, the original offer didn’t work out, and we were now first in line to buy this home.  Due to John’s consistent follow up, and common sense about real estate transactions, we had also learned from previous inspection that home would need a new roof.  A new roof scared us, but with John’s guidance we got through the process, with an even better price than originally thought, and on time for our original closing date!  Needless to say, John goes beyond what you’d expect from a realtor, which is exactly why I would suggest him to anyone in any real estate transaction.  He was able to think outside the box and solve problems for us to make this as easy possible to get into our beautiful new home.  Thank you John!  Jess, Rooney and I couldn’t be happier in our beautiful new home!
