A Enjoyable Home Buying Experience
A smooth and seamless process. My wife and I were both “first-time home buyers” so we naturally came to John with several questions at each step in the home buying process. He was nothing but helpful and punctual with each inquiry we had with numerous contacts for us to use a resource. The buying process included several moments of negotiation and both my wife and I thought that John did a great job of communicating our wishes with realistic and reasonable options for the sellers. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did our agent would most definitely be John Howard.
