We were trying to move to the desert, Yucca Valley or Joshua Tree. We were looking for a month or so when this brand new construction popped up on Redfin. We knew right then we had to have it! We used the 'contact an agent' form on Redfin and within 10 minutes John and I were talking. I sent him our preapproval letter, he put together a formal offer and within 3 days we WON the bid! The rest of the escrow process with extremely easy. John was so helpful in directing us in the right place for documents, asking the right questions, getting insurance, discussing closing terms with the seller and everything in between. John wasn't just an agent, he was a friend. A best friend and we were so glad we had him on our side. We know we only got this house because of the hard work John did.
