He was quick to respond and to set up showings for us, put in offers when we asked, and attended everything with us every step of the way. John worked had to get me into my house. John is a good at negotiating. He was able to get some expensive work done to the foundation at the seller expense. He was always available. As I work midnight's I would message him late at night, thinking I would have to wait till the morning to get a reply. But he would message me right back. This was my first home buying experience and John was very knowledgeable and help me out with all of my questions.
