As a first time home buyer I had heard this was a stressful confusing scarey purchase to make. John was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about everything. He knew all the people to call. He was available for any questions big or small. I couldn't imagine having anyone else help me through this process! Whether you are buying your first home, selling your home to relocate and buy a new home you want someone with integrity to make the process seem smooth and stress free and John is the man that does that.

Having purchased and sold several houses, John by far provided us the best realator experience. Even before we listed our house John was willing to provide assistance and advice. Additionally, he communicated with us frequently ensuring all our questions or concerns were addressed. Would recommend John to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

As first time homebuyers, it was really important for us to have someone competent, patient and knowledgeable to help guide us through the process. John not only met our expectations, but he exceeded them greatly. We never had to wait longer than a day or two to visit the houses we were interested in, and he provided honest and genuine feedback as we navigated the negotiation process. His previous experience as a contractor really worked to our advantage, as he was able to answer questions and give us information about the homes, properties and landscapes a typical realtor might not have been equipped to. Additionally, he always had excellent contact recommendations for services we might need, which made the homebuying process even less overwhelming. To say that John went above and beyond is an understatement -- even after we were moved and settled, he still took our calls to answer our questions and even stopped by so we could meet in person. John's demeanor is what put his stellar customer service even further above our expectations; a perfect balance of a hard work ethic and easy-going attitude made what could've been an extremely stressful experience one that we actually enjoyed. He was encouraging, flexible, and always took our ever-changing preferences in stride to ensure our needs were being met. I'm glad we found the home we plan to be in for many years to come, but wouldn't mind going through the process again as he was so wonderful to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
