John was very knowledgeable and patient. MY wife and I are unfamiliar with L.I. and John took the time to show us the local neighborhoods and shared information about the towns and their rich history. He was not just selling us a house , but selling us on a life style that we would have. He was very responsive to our calls and texts and typically returned our contacts within a few minutes to an hour. When we had concerns, considering that we were a bunch of confused first time home buyers, John took the time to speak with us and made sure that we were cleared about everything that was in question. He drove us around for hours (sometimes as much as 4.5 hours), showing us multiple properties a long with sites around the area and never made us feel rushed. When we finally found a house that we loved, John made sure that we had all the information we needed to make the best decision, and backed us up to get the best price possible. Even when we were under contract, John made himself available for all questions and concerns and took the time to let us in to the house several times during the weekends. As difficult of a process of buying a home can be, John made the process as simple and as smooth as possible. We were lucky to have him on our side. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
