We had a very positive experience with John. He attended all of our design meetings with us which was very helpful because he was able to break down the technical terminology and explain it in layman's terms. He is very down to earth and personable. He was also very knowledgeble and he was able to answer all of our housing questions/concerns. When we first started looking for a home we were looking for an existing one. John asked us a lot of questions about the house, schools, neighborhood, shopping close by, etc. He was very detailed and he never sent us any listings that did not meet our criteria. Overall, we had an amazing experience with John and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
