John is a wonderful realtor! This was my first time selling a house and I had what I thought was a difficult house to sell because of the area and age of the house. John's knowledge /expertise put all my worries/anxieties to rest and he was there day or night to answer the many questions I had. I can honestly say that I was lucky to have John as my realtor because I saw first hand how incompetent the other realtor was. John went above and beyond to make sure things were done right for closing. I can tell you that John will give 100% effort in selling whatever home is listed with him!
