I done business with Realtor,s, let me say Mr Groft has the others still at the starting Gate.

Mr Groft went to the Inspection where I could not. He was able give me enough information to where I was comfortable to buy the Property I was purchasing .He work very hard on commercial loan and Insurance, etc, which I have never seen an agent do. When we were negotiating price, Mr Groft saved me $10,000 Dollars. I will be using Mr Groft on other Properties in the future, because I stick with WINNERS. Sincerely, Perry & Pamela Bronaugh
