John helped us find an amazing house for our family! I found out about John through a Facebook group after my husband accepted a job in GA. We didn’t know many people or areas here yet, being from MO. We knew we wanted to be in close proximity to my husband’s workplace and that we had a limited budget but also a whole list of things we’d love to see in a house for our family, and John brought us out to see multiple houses in different areas to get an idea of what we were looking for! When John sent us the listing for this house and we asked about it, he arranged for a colleague to show it to us later that day while he was working with another client. I’m so glad for his quick responses and attention to that, because it was a great house at a great price for the neighborhood that we wanted to jump on quickly! John took us to go see the house again the next day and wrote up a contract that was accepted by the sellers. Throughout the whole “under contract” period was so helpful to us, especially as we navigated the due diligence. He negotiated hard for us to get concessions from the seller for things discovered in the inspection, which was a big help. Closing was very smooth! I would definitely recommend John to anyone, he is incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive and helpful!

John is a solid and responsive agent with many years of experience--and therefore knowledge--of the Atlanta-area real estate market (he focused on the northern suburbs with me). He helped me find a great place that fit my needs in a market where that wasn't easy. All aspects of the sale went smoothly. He recommended and assembled a great team to assist, including my mortgage consultant (Becky Nelson) and lawyers (Cook & James). I highly recommend him.
