I purchased a home with John Goad's team here in las vegas, Nevada honestly I recommend. He will fight for you, work at night with you, and give you a realistic buying price and house you can afford and stay in. John even went through the house with us and knew what to look for and what an inspector would say, what was up to code and etc. If there's any team you can rely on it's John Goad's team.
