John is an incredible real estate agent with deep knowledge about the Denver area and the whole business of real estate. As first-time homebuyers, it was great knowing we were in safe hands and that John had our absolute best interests first. Couldn’t recommend enough!
When my husband and I first decided to buy a house, it was really important that we find an agent who cared about us and was not just trying to sell us something. John met and surpassed our highest expectations. John was so great because he really met all our crazy wishes and made sure that we saw what we needed to see. He listened to our feedback about the homes and made the necessary adjustments based on what we told him. He also would share his true opinion with us which was so helpful. If you want an agent who is in your corner and really cares about you and not just selling you whatever house, work with John Garcia! He's our agent yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Luckily, John Garcia was referred to us by a neighbor when we decided to sell our home. We were quite impressed with John and his knowledge of the real estate market from the very first time we met him. After we accepted an offer on the house, we encountered some unexpected repairs and difficulties getting them done in a timely manner. With John’s help and patience though, eventually all of the repairs were completed and we closed on the house. John worked very hard on our behalf. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and just an all around nice guy. We highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again!
I have used John Garcia for the sale of my three homes. He has always been professional, detail-oriented and had a focus on delivering results. He is a consummate professional with a proven track record and is invested in the success of his clients
John has helped us sell our GVR rental property. He has helped us purchase a new home in Roxborough, and found us recreation land in Como. John is our go to realtor. John will be the realtor to assist our son with his 1st purchase! He can do it all! John is the BEST!
John was amazing when selling our rental. He understood our needs and went above and beyond for the sale of this home. Highly recommend John! You will not be disappointed.
We are so pleased. We used John Garcia for selling our house. He was extremely friendly and professional through the entire process and helped us with everything we needed to get done (which was a lot). We would highly recommend him as your agent for your real estate needs
