5 years ago, John helped us buy our first home which ended up being a town home. When the time came to buy a move up home, we immediately thought of John and contacted him to see if he was up for the task of helping us find a single family home. The process for buying a single family home in the bay area was daunting and since our town home was brand new, we did not experience all the joys that come along with buying a home out here. John was patient, listened to all of our requirements, and helped us every step of the way. John saw quite a few homes with us and continuously narrowed down our requirements until we found what we were looking for. John helped my husband and I understand the most important factors to take into consideration when buying a home. He also helped us understand the issues that were fairly normal in houses in CA. John also helped bring a landscaper and a general contractor on site to a few homes where we were uncertain about a part of the home. Along the way, we found a few home's that we really liked and John helped us ensure that we did our due diligence on each home (i.e. ensuring public facts matched the specs of a home, home expansions were completed with permits, etc). When it came down to getting the home we wanted, John was able to guide us through the offer writing process to ensure we were competitive and had a good shot at winning the home. John's integrity, loyalty to his clients, and his extensive knowledge of the market are what make him an outstanding agent. If we buy another home (hopefully not anytime soon), we would hire John again!
