My husband and I are new to this area and I was primarily concerned with commuting to the City as that is where I currently work. Whenever I would ask to see a home that was outside of my preferred area, John would gently remind me that I did not want to go to far in which would increase my commute time. after speaking with john on the phone i made an appointment for him to view property. he was on time and i immediately liked his composure and his warm greeting. we discussed my wants and needs and that i lived out of the country and this for me would be long distance. he assured me that he could be my representative and it turned out he was.
