We had a great experience with John. He is very responsive and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on. John is an excellent real estate agent. He listed our house and promptly began to advertise it. His advice on setting and adjusting the price helped our house to sell. He has been very helpful through the selling process. We do recommend John Fox.
John Fox was recommended to us by one of my wife’s colleagues. Best recommendation ever. John was excellent. He was supremely knowledgeable of the surrounding area and every aspect of his craft. If I have any real estate needs in the coming future, I know who my first call will be to.
John Fox did an excellent job in finding a home for me. He was patient and met all my expectations as a realtor. I would recommend John Fox to all friends and family.
This purchase involved a lot of special circumstances as we are presently living in Germany. John had to be involved in every aspect of this sale, and went above and beyond what is normally expected. His willingness to do whatever had to be done to bring a successful conclusion was integral to the process. He is personable and professional and above all honest and reliable. I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks for a reference. Logistically this was a difficult situation with many special needs and John kept everything in balance and dealt with each challenge in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend John to anybody needing a knowledgeable and understanding realtor who will work with them every step of the way to insure the success of their home search. These remarks brought to you by a retired operations manager of 30+ years.
Mr. Fox has a very respectable work ethic. Extremely helpful with every aspect of my home purchase. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know as well as any future endeavors. Thanks again, Mr. Fox and century 2.
John Fox is a very knowledgeable broker that did an amazing job to make the sale smooth and inform us about everything in a very timely manner. His experience is evident which took a very large burden off of my shoulders when selling my parents house. I would recommend John to anyone,he did a fantastic job.
John was absolutely wonderful and patient throughout the process. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone of my family or friends because he is knowledgeable about the area and works to understand your needs and keep you on tract. My husband and I are new to this area and I was primarily concerned with commuting to the City as that is where I currently work. Whenever I would ask to see a home that was outside of my preferred area, John would gently remind me that I did not want to go to far in which would increase my commute time. My husband and I were grateful for all the time he spent I am sure we were challenging at times but he was always patient and professional. He also has quite a sense of humor. We were very satisfied. Thanks John for all your hard work.
after speaking with john on the phone i made an appointment for him to view property. he was on time and i immediately liked his composure and his warm greeting. we discussed my wants and needs and that i lived out of the country and this for me would be long distance. he assured me that he could be my representative and it turned out he was.
