First, selling a house in trust is not the easiest job. All parties involved have to be aware that there can be (and are) more pieces to the puzzle of a home sale. John (Teco) did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He did his homework, was VERY responsive, and yet handled the hiccups with ease and professionalism. The house was on the market for a very short period of time. Yes, the property had many improvements and deferred maintenance was addressed before selling. It showed well, but Teco pre-marketed the property on social media and with local agents. He helped to create interest early. He was also ALWAYS honest and realistic about pricing expectations When the property became available for sale, Teco had multiple interested parties. He was able to work with other agents to get three properties involved, aligned for sale simultaneously. Issues with the trust created real challenges, but Teco was able to work with the buyer and other agents to keep everyone engaged and get the deal closed. My wife and I highly recommend Teco to any prospective sellers who are looking for an agent who knows the local market, has the experience to be realistic in what is needed for a sale, can find the right buyer, and is very responsive.
