I became a licensed realtor in 2017. My previous career path was working for the Everett Fire Department as a driver/engineer. As great as the job was, two knee replacements forced me to take another path in life. I really enjoy helping people, and through the influence of a friend, becoming a realtor was a direction that seemed to suit me well. My children are all grown, and living on the west side of the state. My wife and I have been residents of the Kittitas Valley for 15 years. We own a small hobby ranch that is focused on performance horses. I grew up in eastern Washington, in the Columbia Basin, I have always had a great appreciation for life in the 509 area. The area offers 4 full seasons, each with its unique beauty, as well as gorgeous views, and the people are down to earth. I have personally dealt with a couple of my own real estate transactions, and I do understand the frustration that might come with it. Such as having people that are not upfront and clear in their communications. My goal has always been to be completely open and honest with whomever I am representing. I don't claim to know everything, but I have met and talked with a number of peers in the industry, and I have worked hard to surround myself with smart, intelligent, and honest people. If I don't have an answer, someone I know probably will. If you are simply curious, or completely serious about doing something with real estate, feel free to contact me. I would really enjoy sitting down and having a conversation. Best of all, there are no strings attached.
