John was very thorough, he let us know what would be an ideal loan to make our transition from our old home to the new one for the least amount of headaches. He was on the ball with helping us stay ahead on every aspect that way we weren’t rushed in any way. When it came to looking for a home I have simple tastes and could probably live in a tent and be happy, my wife on the other hand is very picky. John told us but mostly her not to pick anything that you’re not going to love. When she finally picked a house she loved, John was very precise on the amount to offer. His knowledge on the housing market made it so we were able to beat but just beat the other offers made. Then of course came the negotiations on some minor repairs that needed to be made and John really beat them down on that.
