John Felsman

I lived out of the country but had a home in Lewisville that I was renting out. I came back to Texas and needed to sell my home and find a bigger place but knew NO ONE at all in the real estate industry. I got on Zillow and I was SO LUCKY to find John! He was quick to respond, he was super knowledgeable and he met me the later that day. When he showed up, he had already done the homework of knowing the neighborhood and what to expect on a price and time of sale. He was spot on! He held my hand all the way through the process and made buying and selling a home seem like a piece of cake. I would certainly recommend him and will definitely use him again with any future real estate needs. 10/10

I could not be any more pleased with my experience of having John Felsman as realtor. From listing to closing on my home John's advice to me was, "relax, I'll take care of everything." His knowledge of the market enabled him to list my home at a price that drew close to 30 showings the first weekend. Listing to closeing took less than a month.

John was Very easy to work with. He Sold our house in a reasonable timing and made the process very easy for us as this was our very first home we have sold! We will definitely be using him In the future
