Having bought and sold over 10 houses in the last 40 years, my wife and I are very familiar with real estate agents. We’ve had agents that have ranged from largely inept to extremely professional and competent. I would place John Farhat in the latter category. John and his team have been a pleasure to work with on our latest transaction. We find him to be professional and honest, as well as responsive to our needs…traits sorely missing with too many people. We have used John for 2 transactions now and, as proof to how we feel about him, we plan to use him on the upcoming sale of our home.
