We moved out of Florida to another state while our house was on the market. It was nerve wracking to be away and not be in to check on the property but John eased all our nerves. John was a tremendous help during the selling process, he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great communicator. He provided frequent updates, without us needing to ask and was great about explaining the process and closing details. John kept checking in on our property and took care of little things I hadn’t even thought of. My husband and I are so grateful that we had him to help us navigate the sale of our home.
