Nowadays everyone is a real estate agent, but then you finally get one who really knows what they are doing and you experience the difference between a part time “peddler” in it to make a few bucks or a real PRO ! This is the 2nd time I have used John as my agent for selling my home and buying and it was during one of the most frustrating and difficult markets that I have ever witnessed . It was just enough just to keep my sanity, I do not know what I would have done had I not had John who knew the in’s and out’s of this business and a kind soothing spirit .
