About John

John Dorazio is a REALTOR® with REMAX Southern Coast serving buyers and sellers throughout Brunswick County, North Carolina. Born in Washington, DC, John moved to the area with his wife, Mary Jayne, in 2013 and began his real estate career that same year. With more than a decade of local real estate experience and a professional background in finance, he brings a practical perspective to helping clients navigate their next move. Sales has always been the part of his work he enjoys most, particularly the opportunity to connect with people and understand what matters to them. John especially enjoys working with buyers, helping them find a home that fits their needs and the life they envision here. Having made the move himself, he understands the excitement of settling into a new community and the importance of choosing the right place to call home. For him, the most rewarding part of real estate is helping someone turn their plans into a reality. Whether clients are relocating, buying a coastal home, or preparing to sell, John welcomes the opportunity to help them move forward. Reach out to John for help buying or selling in Southport, Oak Island, and the surrounding areas of Coastal North Carolina.
