John was very professional. He explained all throughout the process how pictures should be taken to be posted online to make the house look appealing. He also told us about repairs that were not needed. He gave us very good guidance on the use of a local mortgage company as opposed to one on the west coast, as the local entitly would be much more accessible. He put our house online Tuesday morning, and the house sold on Saturday. I think he did an excellent job guiding us through the process.
