This is about our realtor, John, and what a great job he did for us. The realtor we were going to use suggested that we wait three more months until our tenant’s lease was up before listing our property, stage our home and repaint the entire inside one color. The paint that was there was still in great shape although some rooms had different colors. Then we received a really nice, hand written, though copied letter introducing himself and telling us that our home in our neighborhood was right in the price range that people were looking for. So, what the heck, we called to hear what he had to say. He impressed us on the phone so we invited him to come to our home which was 45 minutes from our rental property. We did not have to paint. We did not have to stage. We did not have to wait until our tenant moved out. Think of all the money he saved us. John sold it immediately. He picked up our phone calls or returned them quickly. Always nice. Always understanding and patient with us and our tenant. He helped us with getting and supervising contractors for the inspection report as we were 45 minutes away. The entire process went off without any fuss for us because John knew how to do his job and how to take care of us.
