We randomly walked into an open house and met John about a month ago. We not only found a home, but we’re able to close on our new home all within a three week period . There were some problems that came up with the sellers agent and John was able to quickly and efficiently solve the issues. The last person who lived in the home was a renter, and did not provide the seller with the keys or the garage door openers. Without any hesitation John stepped up to the plate and had a locksmith come out and rekey our house. He didn’t have to do that, and most of all did not need to pay for it, but he wanted to make sure we were comfortable and stress free in our new home.
