My fiancé and I had a terrific experience with John! We were looking for our first home together and neither of us really knew what to expect. John was very patient with us and took the time to explain the process in a way that we could understand, and answered any questions we had. Due to our work schedules, we only had a small window of time to view potential homes. Lucky for us, John was able to make appointment that suited our availability, and really made the whole experience surprising convenient for both us. We had heard the horror stories of trying to find the right home and everything that goes with it, from haggling prices to driving across the state and back looking for that "right one", and we were plesently surprised when none of them rang true in our experience. Due to his years in the industry, there were no surprises we weren't ready for, and everything went very smoothly. We now have a beautiful home and couldn't be happier! We would definitely recommend John as you're realtor!

I stumbled across John when my wife and i were "thinking" about a winter home in the general Phoenix area. This was back in 2014. Over the course of that year and all of 2015, he worked tirelessly with me long distance and during the times we were in that area, in person. He was always upbeat, available, and knowledgeable about what the market was doing at the time. We bought a house well within our budget thanks to his advice and are happily spending 6 months a year there. If I were to consider selling or even trading up, I will go back to John for help.
