John truly went above and beyond every expectation we had while helping us sell our home. Right from the beginning, he was always available - day or night - to help us with everything we asked of him and more. We really needed someone we felt fully comfortable with, and who would be understanding of my husband’s hectic schedule traveling all over the globe for work, both of which we found in John. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. Not only did John guide us through the paperwork, but he was right by our side whenever we needed him, anticipating those times we didn’t know we would, always going well past the call of duty; from helping prep the house for sale to assisting us with staging to bringing in a professional photographer to make sure our house would sell for the price we wanted (so many agents just seem to snap pictures with their cell phones these days!). He even helped us make some minor repairs that came up during the inspection. His work marketing the home through multiple outlets (Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, Postcards, door knocking the ENTIRE neighborhood, Open Houses and more) totally worked. We found our eventual buyers directly through one of the many conversations he had with our neighbors! When it came to the negotiation process, there was no question that John had our back and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the sales agreement and then kept us apprised throughout the entire escrow process. I believe he put the same amount of effort, time, and care into selling our home that he would if it were his own. What a night and day difference over our experience with previous agents. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor in the area.
