Tireless worker. AM, PM weekends long hours were no problem to John. He was focused on the result. Made everyone involved; lender, selling realtor, inspector, title company work to my benefit. Integrity is up front and constant.
John is Awesome. He helped us find two homes at two different price points, each having there own guidelines. John has very strong negotiating skills. He made every effort to truly understand our needs/wants. In our case that was not always easy because we had two totally different styles of homes we wanted to purchase. During our negotiations I was able to reach John well beyond normal business hours and he was always on time. It's easy for people to say I'll be available 24/7 but John truly was. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate laws. I would absolutely recommend using John as your realtor.
John went over the top during the purchasing process and especially after the closing. Making several visits to the home after the closing to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Was very helpful in getting Carpet and painting guys there on a very short notice. Thanks John!!!
After having an extremely poor experience with another real estate agent we were lucky enough to get in contact with John. We live 2,500 miles away and it was extremely hard to get my head around buying a house without seeing it or being in it. John took us through every step and made it possible for us to buy a house without every seeing it, by showing us every detail. John went way beyond what I would have ever thought any real estate agent would do, he arranged everything from building inspectors to terminate inspectors, made a video of the house helped us at closing. One house he recommend us NOT to buy! He is a fantastic, honest, hard working realtor I recommend him to anyone thinking of selling or buying a house. John was able to help me set the sale price at a correct level at which my house sold in 10 days after only 3 showings. The paperwork was expedited despite some special conditions imposed by the buyer. Communication with the buyer was managed quite well by John, so nobody got into panic mode at any time even when some items were delayed by other contractors (surveyors). So all in all, this was an excellent outcome.
