I found John online and think he was a gift I never expected!!! I met with him and being new to even the idea of home ownership he informed me of the process along with all the costs/expectations and time frames up front. I had no previous knowledge so having that little education session was so helpful! In addition, he went through countless properties with me until I found the perfect place. He knows the area like the back of his hand and was even able to point out local markets, restaurants and home improvement places it was unbelievable helpful. Once I found my dream home I was worried that the proposed deal from the current owners wasn't something I could commit to; however, John is an amazing negotiator and was able to get me the deal of a lifetime on my property. I can not say enough positive things about him. If I had any other realtor I would still be in a rental property right now he truly changed my life and allowed me to be a home owner!
