John is knowledgeable. About every aspect of a real estate transaction including structuring complex financial transactions, tax advice (though he'll make sure you get a tax professional), and legal aspects of the transaction (again -- he'll make sure you engage competent counsel). John is effective. He does not over-promise. He does not tell you what you want to hear. John identifies the ultimate goal and focuses his effort on getting you to that goal. And please -- listen to his advice. My biggest mistakes started with doing my own thing and relying on my own understanding.
