John is knowledgeable. About every aspect of a real estate transaction including structuring complex financial transactions, tax advice (though he'll make sure you get a tax professional), and legal aspects of the transaction (again -- he'll make sure you engage competent counsel). John is effective. He does not over-promise. He does not tell you what you want to hear. John identifies the ultimate goal and focuses his effort on getting you to that goal. And please -- listen to his advice. My biggest mistakes started with doing my own thing and relying on my own understanding. Hire John Hudson for your real estate transaction -- whether you're buying, selling, or investing.

We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years as we've moved city to city or house to house, so we've had the opportunity to work with a number of realtors over the years. John Hudson is an absolutely amazing realtor, and I'd recommend him to anyone. His knowledge of the home buying and selling process is exemplary, both from a transactional perspective but also from a practical perspective. For example, he knows the vast majority of typical and atypical Florida landscaping plants and can tell you which plants make your house more desirable and can offer suggestions on how to move things around to better sell your house. He is well-versed in the intricacies of home inspection, and our home inspector even noted John could probably do half of it on his own with the amount of knowledge he has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for either buying or selling; he was able to get our house sold in just one weekend, and helped us to navigate buying a house that had a somewhat more complex situation arise than we'd previously dealt with while buying houses. He is extremely responsive through email, phone calls, and texts, and will go out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need.
