He came fully prepared with comparisons of recent sales in the neighborhood and answered all my questions as to how this process works. John is a really great guy who is great at his job. He helped me find a house, but he immediately became the property manager when I moved out of the house 6 weeks later for a job opportunity. He went the extra mile to get repairs done when needed and dealing with the tenant (which he found for me).
