WOW! How fortunate that John Cox was recommended to me. He listened to my concerns & thoughts. John always had or found the answers to my questions. While he gave me his advice (from knowledge & experience), John’s thoughts helped my home become more tempting to a buyer. John guided me on ways to make my home way more “sellable “. Oh, the staging was outstanding, warm & let the buyer see themselves living here. While I always had the final say, his advice made my decisions easier. I lived in Sun City, the N.W. part of the Valley of the Sun, and John works in Mesa, the east side of the Valley. My point, John has knowledge of all parts of the Valley….East, West, North & South!
