I can not recommend John enough as a real estate agent. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and stressed about the entire process. This stress was alleviated by John's expertise of the process and thorough presentation of applicable housing data at every step along the way. There was never any point where I felt like I was making a decision without the proper education beforehand. Further, if you are ever worried about not being able to get a hold of your agent at critical times, this is the guy for you. He always texted back immediately and followed up on any action items with extreme efficiency. The reason I was able to get my home (which was by far the best house we saw during the entire process) was because we were able to see it the first night and got an offer in immediately after. It is hard to imagine that he finds time to sleep or eat, but none the less, I was thoroughly impressed. Overall, I just felt like John was in my corner during this entire process. He truly wanted to help me find the best home and did not rush me into any decisions that I would regret. I obviously don't have a lot to compare to as a first time buyer, but I really can't think of what more he could have done for me. This was a difficult time to Sell my Condo and buy my little Dream Home but John was a Great support and helped me through to the end. There were times when the Banks were so backed up because of CoVid19 and it was hard to get answers and a Closing Date lined up for the 4 of us but John never faultered and reassured me that it was all going to work out and that this was the right house and right move for.me and he was absolutely right.
