Prior to our meeting I had some unfortunate agent issues which caused my wife and I to be very disappointed with the whole house selling endeavor. An agent that I hired, one that was new, failed at every aspect of selling. Didn't follow my direction for pricing. Not only failed, but costs us nearly a year of market value and prospects. To top it all off, he even had a clause that prevented us from selling without him getting a cut. Then another agent that I was interviewing was not looking like he was also right. He had informed me of things that I had already knew, like how much it should sell for, how long it should be on the market, and what was needed for the house to sell. That's when I decided that he was the right person for the job! I didn't have to go back and forth with him over any of those things. He was very involved with making sure my wife and I were prepared and ready for the sell. He even assisted us in preparing and getting repairs of the house. In the end, he sold it before I was actually ready. You see, I was thinking it would be a few weeks to a month because of my previous experience with the other agents. Even though John did say it will sell right away. It sold the day it was listed, for our asking price, without any issue. And now, we are living in an area where my wife and I are much happier in and closer to everything important to us. I would strongly recommend John, you wouldn't find a better person for the job!

John Cotner will always answer phone. He will spend as much time as needed to explain all your investment and real estate questions. If he does not know the answer he will call one of his many contacts such as lawyers, investment counselors or county planning officers and call you back with the answer. He always gets back with you.
