John always made time for me. He returned calls right away. I was always able to get him no matter what the time. That was very important to me.

Prior to our meeting I had some unfortunate agent issues which caused my wife and I to be very disappointed with the whole house selling endeavor. An agent that I hired, one that was new, failed at every aspect of selling. Didn't follow my direction for pricing. Not only failed, but costs us nearly a year of market value and prospects. He was very involved with making sure my wife and I were prepared and ready for the sell. He even assisted us in preparing and getting repairs of the house. In the end, he sold it before I was actually ready. You see, I was thinking it would be a few weeks to a month because of my previous experience with the other agents. Even though John did say it will sell right away. It sold the day it was listed, for our asking price, without any issue. And now, we are living in an area where my wife and I are much happier in and closer to everything important to us. I would strongly recommend John, you wouldn't find a better person for the job!
