John's organization and follow-through took much stress off of me during the sale of my parents home. This was especially true during the physical inspection phase, where he took charge of reviewing the inspection findings, then coordinating with professionals to gather more information and estimates. We discussed everything, and importantly rational for proposed responses to the buyer. John was the calm that I needed in selling a family property that meant so much to my parents.

It was a pleasure having him assist me in purchasing my Condo. Being that I live out of town I was a little concerned on how things were going to get processed but John made it a very simple process always being a phone call away if I needed him. Our home search started just before the Covid epidemic, and homes for sale were quite limited, and many undesirable. We were impressed with multiple aspects of our purchase experience.
