I cannot recommend John enough. I have bought a total of 3 houses over my lifespan and John has been, by far, the most knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful realtor I have ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond what is expected of “just a realtor” and constantly puts his client’s needs at the top of his priority list. Not only is he fantastic at matching needs to wants to budgets, but his follow up and involvement after the sale is what truly sets him apart. It has been roughly 8 months since we closed on our dream home and I still get random follow up calls from John to see how we like the house, if everything is ok, and just to see how the family is doing. John is more than a realtor; he has become a friend.
