John Carlson

I cannot tell you how helpful it was to have John Carlson on our side. He is friendly, extremely responsive, and when we wanted to go look at a few houses on a whim with less than 24 turnaround on a weekend, he was there. In fact, we contacted him because another real estate agent was nowhere to be found. We ended up falling in love with the house we wanted to see immediately. John helped us write a proposal himself and helped us negotiate closing costs right away. When we had a counter offer to not have the appliances (washer, dryer, fridge) he negotiated on the spot for us to have an after all. We are first time homebuyers and have no idea what we’re doing, and he is so patient explaining the entire process, giving us the advice we need, showing up for every single thing we need including home inspection, and he did have thorough knowledge of the area. He also told us about the lot next-door that was listed by the same sellers, and we were able to include that in our mortgage and hopefully add value to the property as a whole. John feels like family when you meet him. He knows how to connect all the way and make friends with everyone, no one is competing because we’re all on the same team.

John was the best selling real estate agent I have ever had! He not only went through the normal procedures of a sellers agent but helped in smoothly closing the deal by personally taking on the responsibility of carrying out last minute fixes that were needed on the property to close the deal. This greatly helped the buyers and myself in moving the deal along. His help on this was something that I greatly appreciated and is also what sets him apart from the many other real estate agents that are out there.
