John helped the reviewer sell this property

Without John’s help and knowledge, I’m not sure what I would have done to sell this house remotely.

John had wonderful knowledge of Trilogy and the housing market. He certainly helped me with his expertise in negotiating with the buyer. I was selling this house from 100 plus miles away, so he was taking care of the property without any urging on my part. He went beyond what I expected an agent to do. He certainly understood my needs. I had all the faith in the world that John was helping me get the most money possible for my sister’s house. He understood the proceeds of this house are to sustain her with her memory care. Thank you so much John for your caring.
