John Burgoyne helped us all the way! We were thrilled when our house was sold during the first Open House. About two weeks later the Buyer had serious health issues and cancelled out. Meanwhile we had packed most of our belongings to be moved to our new home in Virginia. Our house was not staged for sale with boxes everywhere! John encouraged us to 'hang in there' and two weeks later the Buyer recovered and restarted the process to purchase our house. The sale went through without any further delays and we are now happily settled in our new home in Virginia.
