John originally called my mom’s house looking to see if she was looking to sell and I advised him she wasn’t but my husband and I were looking to relocate and would be I interested in looking at properties. Fast forward 2 months and we were ready to put our house on the market in California and start looking at properties seriously because we knew once we were in escrow we would need to move fast on anything that was still available or new. John Burgoyne helped us all the way! We were thrilled when our house was sold during the first Open House. About two weeks later the Buyer had serious health issues and cancelled out. Meanwhile we had packed most of our belongings to be moved to our new home in Virginia. Our house was not staged for sale with boxes everywhere! John encouraged us to 'hang in there' and two weeks later the Buyer recovered and restarted the process to purchase our house. The sale went through without any further delays and we are now happily settled in our new home in Virginia.
