We were 3.5 hours away for the first 5 months of the build and they updated us weekly on we’re things were. When we came to town to check progress they cleared their calendar and sat down with us each time. They would even chase down suppliers and vendors due to construction delays and extensions. They never wavered their support and always treated us like we were a their only priority even though they have hundreds of clients that they support. John and Candace have deep roots in the community and their attention to detail and wide range of access to information was outstanding. They consistently supported our concerns with timelines. This team went above and beyond to help navigate an arduous process of getting us to close before Christmas even when our contract was 90days past completion date.
