John goes above and beyond what he needs to do to make a difficult situation tolerable. He does little things that show a compassion and understanding that warms my heart. For example, a faucet was leaking and he took it upon himself to fix the problem at his own expense. There are a couple of other things he did because I live in another county. I did reimburse him, but he did the shopping to purchase the items we needed to be in compliance. He knew the steps we needed to follow and kept in contact with all parties to make for a smooth process. I am sincerely grateful for his assistance and knowledge.
