John did a great job in lining up a photographer and getting professional looking pictures of our home posted. Our open houses (2) were very poorly attended and I credit it this to lack of advertisement, especially in the first situation. We did have many showing requests however, which tells me that perhaps people were looking online. John was not very timely in providing feedback on showings. I feel that when he did not necessarily get information quickly, he could have been more aggressive/persistent. Several times I had to call to ask him about feedback, which he gave when I called, but he should have been calling me with it in my opinion. He did do a good initial job of going over the required paperwork involved with enlisting himself as a realtor and gave a good suggestion for a market listing.

I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. John went above and beyond in helping me find the right place for me and even walked me through my first home buying experience.
