John is a very patient man. In our dealings with our buyer, he went the extra 10 miles to make the sale. In an offer to sell "AS IS" , our buyer was fixated on one item, and then another, and another, and another until I as the seller told John to forget this buyer. John took great pride in handling the buyer objections, each time the buyer changed his focus. I have another Property in Brooklyn, 2 acres of land with W2 zoning that I will be selling in a couple years. I have a tenant that I gave a first right of refusal to in a lease, If my tenant does not buy the property, I am calling John to list it.
