John was always professional and very knowledgeable he actually save my landlords property as a trustee he informed me about needing the deed transferred and with that her Heirs were able to inherit her home had he not notice the Deed transfer was needing to be taken care of it would’ve force the real estate to go into probate court and her children would’ve had no inheritance John is wonderful to work with. He also answered all of my calls .
