I called Southern Bell Realty, whom I already had knowledge of (since they had handled my son's purchase of a home, in Mt. Pleasant) and knew they would be an ideal fit for me. They made all the necessary negotiations in order for me to buy my home, in Mt. Pleasant. I did not see my home till a month later, after purchase, from afar and once again, they met with me at my new house, for a walk through. I appreciated their calls, information, and making the move smooth for me. They are a warm and caring folks!
