Once we found the home we knew we just had to have, John's knowledge and expertise in the area was invaluable in helping us make an informed decision, and devise a negotiation strategy to get it at the price we could afford. Once we were under contract, Cricket went above and beyond in helping ensure that the checklist items were being completed, even showing up for inspections and estimates that we were unable to attend being in the city. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or use again in a heartbeat.
